You may have noticed a few changes if you've been to our trade counter or showroom recently. During 2023, we have been working on phasing out our trade counter and showroom and transitioning to Call & Collect.

How does this benefit you?
For Allcon:
By eliminating in-person counter service, we can respond to your calls and emails quicker, ensuring a faster and smoother order process. Our sales staff can spend time serving you rather than picking orders.
For you, our customer:
Say goodbye to waiting in line or waiting for us to pick your order. Simply call or email us with your order, choose a convenient collection time and we’ll have your order ready in under 60 minutes.
“You’ll also be kept up to date with real-time SMS notifications – one when your order is placed and another when it’s ready for collection.”
Collecting your order.
When you arrive, your goods will be waiting for you. All we need from you is your order number and your signature.
For most items, your goods will be loaded onto a trolley for you to pick up. We’ll send you around to our loading area for larger items, where we’ll load your goods with a forklift.
